Library Cards

North Perth Public Library

Through the Perth County Information Network (PCIN), we serve all residents of Perth County and all those residing within the geographic area of the Municipality of North Perth.

A FREE library card will be issued to:

  • Tax payers of the Municipality of North Perth;
  • Employees of North Perth businesses;
  • Students at North Perth schools; and
  • Residents within municipalities with which the Library has "reciprocal borrowing" agreements (see below).

Your library card is a permanent card and needs renewed every 2 years.

You can apply for a card online or you can come in to any NPPL branch. Please bring identification and/or a piece of mail with your name on it to apply. Children age 12 and under are required to have a parent/guardian apply and sign for their membership.
